Taylor Made Printz, LLC

Welcome to Taylor Made Printz, LLC. By placing an order with Taylor Made Printz, LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing any products or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products and Services

Taylor Made Printz, LLC provides custom products including, but not limited to:

Custom apparel
DTF transfers
Embroidery
Promotional products
Personalized gifts
Business merchandise
Graphic design services
Other custom-printed products

Because our products are customized, each order is produced specifically for the customer.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed with payment.

Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for:

Rush orders
Artwork revisions
Specialty garments
Specialty materials
Shipping upgrades

4. Payment

Payment terms are as follows:

A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins unless full payment is required.
Orders are not scheduled until the required payment has been received.
Remaining balances must be paid before products are shipped or picked up.
Accepted payment methods include approved electronic payments, debit cards, credit cards, and other methods accepted by Taylor Made Printz, LLC.

Returned payments or chargebacks may result in cancellation of current and future orders, and a return payment fee of $35.00 will be added to the remaining balance.

5. Custom Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs before approving production.

Approval confirms that names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, placement, and artwork are correct.

Taylor Made Printz, LLC is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

6. Production Time

Estimated production times begin after payment is received and final artwork approval has been completed.

Production estimates are not guarantees. Production delays may occur because of Supply shortages, Shipping delays, Weather, Equipment maintenance, High order volume, or Circumstances beyond our control.

7. Order Changes

Order changes are only accepted before production begins. Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be guaranteed. Additional fees may apply for approved changes.

8. Cancellations

Custom orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Deposits are non-refundable because materials, labor, and production scheduling begin immediately after order acceptance. If production has already started, customers are responsible for all costs incurred.

9. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Taylor Made Printz, LLC does not offer refunds for Custom apparel, Personalized products, Printed products, Embroidered items, DTF transfers, or Special-order merchandise.

If an error is determined to be the responsibility of Taylor Made Printz, LLC we will repair, replace, or remake the affected item at our discretion.

10. Returns

Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds are not issued unless required by law.

11. Customer-Supplied Items

Customers may provide garments or products for decoration. Taylor Made Printz, LLC is not responsible for:

Manufacturing defects
Damage due to heat application
Fabric inconsistencies
Dye migration
Shrinkage
Loss of customer-supplied items resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control

Replacement of customer-provided items is limited to the value of the blank item only if damage is caused by our proven negligence.

12. Colors

Printed and embroidered colors may vary slightly because of Monitor settings, Fabric types, Ink batches, Thread lots, or Printing processes.

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

13. Intellectual Property

Customers represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, and designs. Taylor Made Printz, LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Taylor Made Printz, LLC harmless from any claims related to unauthorized artwork.

14. Shipping

Once orders leave our possession, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery. Taylor Made Printz, LLC is not responsible for Carrier delays, Lost packages, Stolen packages, Weather delays, or Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information before shipment.

15. Pickup Orders

Customers will be notified when orders are ready. Orders not picked up within ninety (90) days may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.

16. Limitation of Liability

Taylor Made Printz, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

17. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided as is except where otherwise required by law. No express or implied warranties are made regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, payment processing, and customer service. Taylor Made Printz, LLC does not sell customer information to third parties.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. Changes to Terms

Taylor Made Printz, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication.
